Refund policy

Is a little woolen item not quite comfortable, or does it not fit quite right? That can happen. You have 30 days after receipt to exchange or return it, even for sale items. We want you and your little one to be truly happy with it.

Exchange or return?

Exchanges are free. If you’d rather get a refund, you’ll pay €5.95 for the return label.

If you choose to exchange the item, you’ll receive store credit equal to the value of your purchase. You can use that credit to order a different size or color right away, so your little one will be cozy in the wool in no time.

Here’s how it works

1. Submit your return request via kico-label.returnless.com.
2. Choose whether you want an exchange or a refund.
3. Print the label, pack the item, and drop off the package.
4. As soon as we receive it, we’ll review it and process your store credit or refund. We’ll do this as quickly as possible, within 30 days at the latest.

Good to know

Wool is a natural material, and we want every piece of wool to remain in perfect condition. That’s why we ask you to:

• To return the item unused, undamaged, and complete.
• In the original packaging, with any labels still attached.
• To pack the package securely. Until it reaches us, it’s your responsibility while in transit.

If an item has been worn, damaged, or is incomplete, we unfortunately cannot accept it as a return.
