Exchanges & returns

If you are not satisfied with the item you have ordered, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. This applies to all items, including sale items.

Send an email to info@kicolabel.com to register your return.

Then send your return together with the packing slip to the address below:

As soon as we have received the package and we have checked it, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible (within 14 days). Returning items is at the customer's expense and risk. We recommend sending the item as parcel post with a tracking number.

We would like to receive the complete item back in the same condition as you received it from us: unused, undamaged and packaged in the original packaging (with any labels). If the item is used, damaged or incomplete, we unfortunately cannot refund the purchase price.

If an item does not fit, you can exchange it within 14 days by returning it to us and placing a new order.
